General FAQs
I want a website designed what should I do first?
The first thing to do is make that call. We will then talk through what you want from your site, if you have any particular requirements or special functions, whether you would like a logo and from that we produce a web design specification.
Next we ask for a set up fee, which will be 50% of the total cost of the website. Then the serious work starts, the web designer produces a design which he will forward to you for approval. After approval the technical section begins, programming and installation of the site.
Finally when the site is fully functional and to your satisfaction the final payment is payable.
Will I be able to receive updates on the progress of my project?
Having worked on many projects we know how important it is to keep the customer informed, so we have provided an online project checker at the top right of the page. On receiving your set up fee a project reference number will be allocated to you. You will then be able to follow the progress of your project whenever you want.
How long will it take to complete my website?
We currently have a six week lead time on all standard website designs and installations and eight weeks for websites requiring Flash or animation.
Do you provide hosting and domain name registration?
We can arrange hosting and registration of your chosen domain name.
How can I pay?
Ebay, CMS and Brochure sites require a 50% set up fee, then the balance on completion.
We provide two payment plans for E-commerce websites, you can either "Own it" or "Pay + Go".
"Own it" means you pay one price and it is yours.
"Pay+ Go" means you pay a set up fee, then twelve instalments over the year (minimum contract).
What are your payment methods?
We accept Paypal (includes Credit and Debit cards) and cheques.
